When you have trouble at care work, don’t worry alone. There are places where you can talk.
施設の中で相談する人 / People to talk to inside the facility
まず、施設（しせつ）のリーダーや先輩（せんぱい）に話（はな）します。話（はな）すのが難（むずか）しいときは、メモに書（か）いて見（み）せても大丈夫（だいじょうぶ）です。
First, talk to the leader or senior staff. If it’s hard to talk, you can write a memo and show it.
施設の外で相談する場所 / Outside counseling places
外国人技能実習機構（JITCO）、国際交流協会（こくさいこうりゅうきょうかい）、市役所（しやくしょ）の外国人相談（そうだん）窓口（まどぐち）で相談（そうだん）できます。
You can talk at JITCO, International Exchange Association, or foreign resident counter at the city hall.
どんな話をしてもいい / You can talk about anything
お金（かね）のこと、人間関係（にんげんかんけい）、健康（けんこう）、家族（かぞく）のこと、何（なん）でも話（はな）してください。
Money, human relations, health, family – you can talk about anything.
