総支給額 / Gross salary
総支給額（そうしきゅうがく）は、税金（ぜいきん）や保険料（ほけんりょう）を引（ひ）く前（まえ）の金額（きんがく）です。
Gross salary is the amount before taxes and insurance are deducted.
控除 / Deductions
健康保険（けんこうほけん）、厚生年金（こうせいねんきん）、雇用保険（こようほけん）、所得税（しょとくぜい）、住民税（じゅうみんぜい）が引（ひ）かれます。
Health insurance, pension, employment insurance, income tax, residence tax are deducted.
手取り / Net salary
手取（てど）りは、銀行（ぎんこう）の口座（こうざ）に振（ふ）り込（こ）まれる金額（きんがく）です。
Net salary is the amount transferred to your bank account.
